First time Addition:
首次加入
2 ml Benzapon Sanofresh/L solvent in work tank After adding Benzapon Sanofresh, circulate the solvent through the washer, filter, piping and tank system by running a wash cycle without any garments in the wheel for 5 minutes.
每升溶剂相应加入2ML的Benzapon Sanofresh，加入后，在无负载的情况下，让洗涤剂在缸体、过滤器、管道和箱体中循环约5分钟。
Topping up additive:
每次洗涤的追加量
1 % of weight of garments (e.g 100 ml/10 kg) for 2-bath process

1. Fill to high level from working tank and add 0,5 % Benzapon Sanofresh/kg garments
抽取工作箱内溶剂到达高液位后加入织物干重0,5 %的Benzapon Sanofresh。
2. Run cleaning cycle with continous filtration for 6 minutes
循环洗涤（经过滤器）约6分钟
3. Drain to the work tank
抽回工作箱
4. Extract to still
溶剂进行蒸馏
5. Drying

2-bath process:
双浴法
1. Fill to low solvent level from working tank
工作箱加液到低液位
2. Run cycle for 2-3 minutes without filtration
不经过滤循环洗涤2-3分钟
3. Drain and extract solvent to still
排液蒸馏
4. Fill from working tank to high solvent level. Note: It may be necessary to draw solvent from the distilled solvent tank as well to reach the high solvent level and add 1 % Benzapon Sanofresh/kg garments
从工作箱抽液到高液位。注意：当从清洁箱抽液至高液位进行洗涤，则要加入织物干重1%的Benzapon Sanofresh。
5. Run cleaning cycle with continous filtration for 6 minutes
循环洗涤（经过滤器）约6分钟
6. Drain and extract solvent to the work tank
排液至工作箱
7. Drying

Application of Benzapon Sanofresh as pre-brushing agent:
作预刷剂使用
If Benzapon Sanofresh is used for pre-brushing, it should be diluted 1:1 to 1:5
with hydrocarbon solvent.
如Benzapon Sanofresh作为预刷剂使用，需将其与石油溶剂进行1:1 至 1:5的配比混合后使用。
